Might be curing my PMDD? All I know is that my symptoms have significantly improved over the last couple of months.

And it tastes so good! Most drink powders (electrolytes, crystal lite, etc) are way too sweet and artificial tasting for me. This one is like a tart fizzy mocktail and I really look forward to drinking it every day.
